FBI Agent, Charles Winstead's Weapons
I have obtained (on loan) an original document in Winstead's handwriting of his personal sidearms, including Colt 45's with serial numbers, and S/W's. This was just received by me last month. I have scanned the document to make it available to others with the owner's permission.

For historical purposes, I'm attempting to account for these weapons and if you go to our website at: http://historicalgmen.squarespace.co...teads-weapons/
you and others can obtain the Winstead listing. Again, we have no idea where these weapons are today and we're certain the FBI is not currently maintaining any of them. My contact email is there also.

Stop by and take a look and enjoy! Feel free to pass this on.

The .351 Winchester rifle used by FBI Agent Clarence Hurt to capture Alvin Karpis, as well as the .38 Colt pistol he shot Dillinger with, are presently in the possession of his family here in Oklahoma...I have held both...Ron
