I'm trying to locate any information I can find on lawmen in Canadian County. I work for the Sheriff's Office here and I have no idea who to talk to or where to look to find some old photos from any era but specifically from statehood to modern day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just saw an article along with a photo of the Yukon (Canadian County) jail c. 1900. The book (I can't recall the title) is a history of Yukon and it is in the education department stacks at the Oklahoma History Museum.

I will also go through my research and pull out and post what I have on offices who I have noted as serving in Canadian County.
