I was doing some research online when I came across the Texas Ranger Dispatch Magazine. I decided to look through the back issues online and noticed an article about Gene Paul Norris that stated he was an Oklahoma Mobster. This article only covered the end of Norris' life but not his notoriety in Oklahoma. I was wondering if anyone has any information on him or where to go to find such information?
