Yes, Arkansas Tom Dougherty was the only outlaw wounded and captured at the Battle of Ingalls.

Wasn't George "Bitter Creek" Newcomb also wounded at Ingalls?

Yes, Newcomb was wounded at the beginning of the battle. Legend has it the "Rose of the Cimarron" came to his rescue. Now that would be a good topic for a new discussion. Anyway, Arkansas Tom was killed in a shootout in or near Joplin, MO in the 1920's. Whatever gun he may have been using is unknown and it would be highly unlikely the police at that time would have recorded the serial number, in my opinion.
