John Melton out of Dallas, TX? Back in the mid 1990s he was doing research in the Payne County area of Oklahoam on "Rose of the Cimarron". I have come across a good deal of documents pertaining to his research. His granddaughter was helping him. I was just wondering if he finished his book? Did he publish it? Is he still among us or has he passed on? If my information was correct he was on up in years when he was doing the research.
