Does anyone know who killed Three Fingered Jack - Jack Phineas - and where?

I dont know who killed him, but as a little girl my daddy always told me that he was burried in the cemetary in my hometown of Ralston oklahoma. He said it was an unmarked grave so no one knew where it was. I never really understood why someone would want to dig up a dead man to take his picture but thats what i was told. I asked my mom a couple weeks ago and she still swares that he is burried somewhere up on the hill in the Ralston cemetary. I dont know if this might help you or not.

December 6, 1894 --The Hamilton Daily Republican-- Hamilton , Ohio --Jack Phineas alias Three-Fingered Jack, one of the most noted outlaws in Oklahoma , was killed while in bed with his wife, near Kildare, by some unknown person. He was a member of the Dalton gang.
