I have seen references where Deputy U.S. Marshal Dick Bruner would kill outlaws and have them buried in a specific location in Vinita, Cherokee Nation, called Bruner's cemetary. This was first referenced in an article on Bruner in a Old West mag back in the 60s or 70s. Has anyone done any research on this?
