April 22, 1889 Finney Myers received a $10.00 fine for contempt in a murder trial with William T Hardin who was aquitted for murder. Finney was talking to a jury member during delibrations under Judge Parker. We had earlier thought Finney was in the Jack Spaniard trial.

Jacob F Myers ( Finney ) was in a case with Donnie Hunter for $500.00 larceny April 23, 1889 in Ft Smith undeer Judge Parker. I want to know what they did or stole and so on. Where did they both live. I believe in Oklahoma, but not sure. I do have files on both, but no information.
Jacob Finney Myers is my ggrandfather. He was last seen on the run leaving Idaho June 24, 1902.
Jacob Finney Myers had two sons.
William M Myers April 14, 1885 born in Shawnee Oklahoma we believe
George Sidney Myers November 7, 1886 Texas.
Was with a lady Dora Myers wife we think.
