John B. Hiner Murder

John B. Hiner was murdered by Hess Eubanks, Nov. 18, 1893 at his home on the South Canadian River about 8 miles north of Ada, OK. After some time Hess Eubanks was arrested and taken to Sherman, TX for trial. The prosecuting attorney was Edwin Hiner from Ft. Smith, AR. Because the only eye witness, Ben Williams, had died, Eubanks was released. I am looking for any documentation of these events.
