I am doing research on my great-grandfather, White Sut Beck. Although I possess a great deal of information about him and have authored several stories, I still feel there may be more I haven't discovered. He was Solicitor of Delaware District for two terms. As solicitor, he would have been involved in prosecution of cases he brought to trial. I would like to know where I can find the official trial records of Delaware District, IT court records. Can someone tell me if OHS and Western Dist. of Ar. has this information available online. If so, perhaps someone can tell me how to contact them.

I am not sure of the Delaware District specifically but I have seen microfilmed records in the OHS archives consisting of court records of the 5 Civilized Tribes.
