My great-grandfather served two terms as Delaware District solicitor in the 1880's. I am sure a written record of cases he prosecuted exists. Would anyone know where I might locate the court records of the Cherokee Nation, and Delaware District, in particular?

Best place would probably be the Indian Archives at the Oklahoma HIstorical Society in OKC.
