The April, 2010 issue of True West magazine; Eighth Annual Travel issue has some interesting articles.
I was fortunate to be featured with a photo essay titled "Who is Boley Brown"; "Recovered Photos help bring to life the story of an almost forgotten Cattle King of the 24 ranch in West Texas."
True west dedicated four pages for the project with approximately 10 old photos. One photo shows the Fox livery stable where J. D. Hardin, brother of John Wesley Hardin was killed in a gunfight as well as a photo of the man who killed him.
These photos and the stories are from a book project "From Cow Camps to Ghost Towns". The project is to promote my upcoming book and to share a small piece of Old West history!
