I know this is more recent than most of the history on here, but I thought someone might know some information. Ben Clark was a police officer in Oilton, Ok from the 1940's to the 1980's. I have heard in the 1940's he was involved in a shootout with bank robbers. This is all the info I know on Chief Clark. I find him very interesting since he was a police officer for forty years.
